It's already almost summer... Where the heck has the time flown? Also where the heck has my motivation gone?? This month (and last) might be a little sparse in terms of games. Sometimes taking it easy is important...
But I gotta say, I really have the Pokémon itch right now.

Games on Hold
Report | June 27
This month was TokiMemo month! Again. I finally actually played the games for myself after watching 200 hours of it back at the beginning of the year. Seriously, the mechanics in these games are so addictive that before you know it 120 hours have passed. My first (watched) TokiMemo game was GS4 since one of the streamers I watch started playing it, but after that I got the DS and PSP games and got addicted to each one of them. Playing with the DS in sideways mode reminds me of Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training...
Also, along pretty much the same lines, LoveRevo is basically a diet game that takes the protagonist from 100 kg down to (lowest possible) 45 kg. It's the same kind of mechanics-based parameter-raising simulation game that is so addictive you will lose track of time. Also it reminded me that I need to diet since I'm edging into overweight BMI again, so I started up Fitness & Exercise at the end of June. Please let me keep it up this time...!
In terms of in-progress games, I've started to play Pokémon Moon in anticipation of the November release of Scarlet/Violet (preordered on Pokémon Center). I have Ultra Sun and Sword/Shield + Expansion Pass waiting too. Next month I want to finally keep doing Ni no Kuni.
Ignore Vampire Survivors because I suck at it. But it's a fun game to play while watching streams.

Oops, I'm late. But basically the last few days of the month were spent really playing Pokémon Moon. I can see why some people would be annoyed at the number of "cutscenes", but honestly I think it makes for a better and more immersive experience than X and Y. Plus there is a lot more content. The more you make of it, the better! (P.S. Up to almost 70 hours so far.)
And obviously the TokiMemo craze continues for me...
Thanks for reading this far!
